Friday, September 27th - Charity Knit & Chat

Please join us for charity knitting at the Urbandale Library from 10-12 am.


Saturday and Sunday. September 29 & 30 from 10-3 - Alpaca Days

Join the guild for Alpaca Days at C& M Acres south of Maxwell.  There will be alpacas galore and an opportunity to tour the new fiber mill! Bring a chair, lunch and beverages and of course your knitting or spinning! A tent will be provided.  It should be a nice weekend weather-wise.

Tuesday, October 1st  - Homework

Program is the kitchener stitch.  Homework for the program = 2 swatches of 20 stitches and about 3" long.  One should be stockinette and the other 2 x 2 rib.  Use worsted weight yarn and appropriate needles.  Also please bring a yarn needle.  You will be kitchener stitching these.
